The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration says the mission of their Medical Program Division " is to promote the safety America's roadways through the promulgation and implementation of medical regulations, guidelines and policies that ensure commercial motor vehicle drivers engaged in interstate commerce are physically qualified to do so."

With this in mind, we decided to become a Certified Medical Examiner to help our patients who operate buses and trucks and also those drivers of buses and trucks who are not our patients. We are a beacon for those looking to establish and maintain their DOT licenses for either state or federal driving.

Now by law, you can only receive a DOT physical by a Certified Medical Examiner.

Please Note: We perform both State and Federal DOT physicals. The FMCSA is a federal agency and the state does not have access to this database. If you are getting a DOT physical for the state of Florida, make sure you receive your paper exam certificate from our clinic at the time of service. Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) and other state police agencies might not accept your word as completion and may suspend your license.
